snacks by Shira vol. 69: paleo thai curry roasted cashews



1 cup raw cashews
2 Tbsp ghee, melted
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of cumin
pinch of sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Toss cashews in a small bowl with ghee, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and sea salt and mix until well combined.
  3. Place nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes, flipping once, or until golden.
  5. Enjoy!

serving size: 1/4 cup nuts
