snacks by Shira vol. 66: paleo baked apple pie slices

Ingredients

2 medium apples, sliced into quarter wedges (I used pink ladies)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Toss the apple wedges in a bowl with coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 40-45 minutes, or until golden, flipping half way.
  4. Enjoy!
