snacks by Shira vol. 65: paleo avocado salad



4 roma tomatoes
1 English cucumber
1/2 medium red onion
2 avocados
juice of 1 lemon
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper


  1. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado into evenly-sized cubes. Toss together in a large bowl.
  2. Top with lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Enjoy!
