Snacks by Shira vol 82: paleo sesame roasted Brussels sprout chips

Ingredients

2 cups Brussels sprouts leaves, outer leaves trimmed from about 12 sprouts
2 Tbsp sesame oil (I love using hot sesame oil here)
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 coconut aminos
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts leaves with sesame oil, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, sesame seeds and sea salt on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes, or until golden, flipping once.
  4. Enjoy!
