Snacks by Shira vol 82: paleo sesame roasted Brussels sprout chips
2 cups Brussels sprouts leaves, outer leaves trimmed from about 12 sprouts
2 Tbsp sesame oil (I love using hot sesame oil here)
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 coconut aminos
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
pinch of sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts leaves with sesame oil, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, sesame seeds and sea salt on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes, or until golden, flipping once.
