Snacks by Shira vol 85: paleo granola
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup raw pecans, chopped
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut butter, melted
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 300.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Place the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and spread evenly to the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cool before serving.
