snacks by Shira vol. 30: purple slaw salad
makes 2 salads
1 head radicchio, thinly sliced
1/2 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fuji apple, cut matchstick
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1 blood orange, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp hot sesame oil
1/4 cup fish sauce (I’m into this one)
1/4 cup brown rice vinegar
1 Tbsp coconut aminos
1 Tbsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp miso paste
- Mix dressing ingredients together until well combined.
- Compose salad, add dressing, and enjoy!
