snacks by Shira vol. 43: paleo cashew clusters
makes about 9 clusters
1 cup raw cashews
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut amino
3 Tbsp puffed quinoa
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
pinch of sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a bowl, combine the cashews, quinoa puffs, sesame seeds, maple syrup, coconut aminos, and sea salt. Mix until evenly combined.
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, form clusters from the mixture, making sure each cluster has an even layer of liquid coating.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Cool for 30 minutes, or until clusters have congealed.
