Ingredients

1 purple sweet potato
4 Tbsp EVOO
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
pinch of smoked sea salt
1 Tbsp hot toasted sesame oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 420.
  2. Slice sweet potato into wedges.
  3. Toss with EVOO, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and smoked sea salt.
  4. Place in one layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 35 minutes, flipping once, or until golden.
  6. Top with hot toasted sesame oil.
  7. Enjoy!
